Before you ask, it’s because my nickname is Trina and I’m just 5’3″–how else was I supposed to title my blog?

As for the rest of it: I’m a 20-something who recently graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a double major in English and Psychology. I spend a lot of time thinking about social justice and pasta. I plan to go into social work as a future career, but regardless of what I end up doing, I know I’ll never stop writing.

I’m currently doing a few things at once: I work as a domestic violence advocate with SAVE, I tutor elementary through high schoolers for Pleasanton Tutoring, and I do freelance writing and editing on the side. Good luck!!! You will have the time of your life. Just a word of wisdom, make sure you are talking to your parents about how you are paying for college and that you are aware of how much you are taking out in loans if you are… otherwise if you can’t find a job right away, you don’t want to be stuck at home so that you can afford your student loans. Best of luck :)
